Hi Rebecca I could be completely mistaken because oddly enough there are several twins whose names are Rachel and Rebecca. . However I've been searching for them since we lost touch years ago after I moved away... so if you and your sister ever lived in Maumelle Arkansas I may have found you if not just tell me and ill be on to the next set that looks like it could be you..
